The sessions I offer are called lessons. This is a learning method where the change is inside you and is self generated. You will learn how to move and how to listen to yourself to create ease, comfort and grace in yourself.
About me
Areas of Expertise that I bring to our sessions: Licensed Belief Re-patterning® Practitioner, Positive Self-Talk Coach, Feldenkrais® Practitioner and Anat Baniel Method Practitioner for Adults and Special Needs Children I am absolutely passionate about helping people who are moving into senior hood remain active and continue doing the things they love to do. I love to play Pickleball, hike and cycle. I cannot imagine a world where I couldn’t do those things! And age simply is not a reason to stop doing active things!
For the first half of my life, I felt things ‘happened to me’ and were out of my control. I didn’t know that I could change my experience in my body until I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method. It was then that I learned that transformation is an inside job…..pain, limitation, stiffness are patterns that can be transformed into healthy habits using mindfulness and functional movement lessons.

Your own body awareness and attention stimulates the brain to create new neural pathways that enable optimal movement patterns and function. This brain activity is called “neuroplasticity”. Neuroplasticity is what allows all learning to take place. As you learn better ways to move, you experience improvements in balance, breathing, coordination, flexibility, cognition, and outlook.

During an online movement lesson with Susinn you will be verbally guided through a series of movements that are designed and presented to meet your ability and needs. Lessons are done lying on the floor or in a chair and can be adapted to ensure you are comfortable. You will need a device with a camera such as a cel phone or tablet. The
During an online movement lesson with Susinn you will be verbally guided through a series of movements that are designed and presented to meet your ability and needs. Lessons are done lying on the floor or in a chair and can be adapted to ensure you are comfortable. You will need a device with a camera such as a cel phone or tablet. The lessons are about 40 minutes long and are recorded; you will get an audio recording of each lesson so you can do them again at your convenience.
The cost for a one-hour lesson is $125; you will maximize the benefits of these lessons if you book a series.
